You might consider doing what I do: run all your keitai e-mail through
your own mail server, and take advantage of its filtering. I've only had
two pieces of spam come to my keitai since I started doing this over a
year ago. (One was sent directly to my docomo address, the other came
through my server.)
This also gives you the flexability to change your keitai without having
to tell everyone about a new e-mail address, and also to read your
keitai e-mail on your computer.
