Yup - my link is ADSL and the physical connection is NTT (into QT Net)
8 static IP address subnet though.
I suspect that single static/dynamic IP addresses (more likely to be
domestic) may be blocked - the connection method (ADSL, Light Fibre or
Cable) is probably not directly relevant.
