Thanks!  David Emery also posted on TLUG that he has no problem connecting 
from YahooBB.  So it seems like only my IP address.  I'll see what other 
trouble-shooting I can do.

It's weird.  I've used the same IP address for the last 6 months, so it 
couldn't be a mix-up with a spammer's IP address.
