I don't have a precise figure, but you can get an idea as follows:
the total for imode official content (excluding packet charges and
excluding off-transactions) for imode alone is over US$ 1 billion
per year.
Now assume that for i-applis are x% of that, and multiply by
the inverse market share of DoCoMo and you get a pretty good
estimate.
Let's assume x= 20%, then that's about US$ 300 million/year.
