there is a fundamental condition that DoCoMo could build an "open"
network and still make big money -- the high data charge it can
control, because it has dominating domestic market share and J-Phone
also reluctant to lower the price with better services.
the problem is foreign carriers cannot rely on packet fee as DoCoMo.
maybe you could do it yesterday or today, but not tomorrow. a big
problem for mobile carriers.
