No, not at all that I'm aware of.

They just deliver the mail to your phone, and that's that. There's no
reason for them to keep another copy anywhere. Keep in mind, too, that
there's no need for a POP server to have mail; I don't run one, because
I deal with my mail in other ways than a POP download.
