Hello All,
I have to agree with you all. I think it was at first a deal that I
thought was to good to pass up. BUT, after further insight from you and
some other friends of mine in the industry... I think it shed some
light on how this was more likely a scam than a real deal... I even got
an email from someone from Sony Ericsson saying something to the effect
of hold off until they are officially released... so, if thats not
telling, I dont know what is...
The other thing that was kindof comical was when I asked this guy to
send me pictures of this phone/packaging, etc. as one of you had
mentioned... and what I got was some pictures of the 'his' phone...
which was the SH series iMode phone?! I didnt think you could use one
of these in Romania? In any case, when I called him on it... he said
something like, 'thats my phone' and 'how can I take a picture of yours
to send you since its in the box'... so, I think that made it clear
that he was stone walling...
Thanks again to you all for helping out... As sweet as this phone is,
its not worth me loosing even $200 over to be the first on the block...
which was doubtful anyhow...
