The hype for paid wi-fi is. Who's gonna pay for wi-fi when you can walk thru
any neighborhood or cafe or some macudo's and get online? They've gone from
talking about hotspots to hot zones. Most of Seattle and SF are said to be
covered with publicly supported wifi.
The real question is who's gonna pay for phone network service when one can
chat away on a wi-fi internet phone for free (or almost free) in a cafe?
