I don't know anything about high corporate land, but at the same time
Vodaphone is announcing it will buy back shares of minority shareholders,
quite a large lump of it. As a big 'Railroad Tycoon' game serie fan, I was
grinning-wondering if they hadn't loaded the year to buy those shares back
at a lesser price... :)
In the game you would make huge tracks investment, but wouldn't connect the
last portion of each line. Stock would plunge, you'd buy a lot, then simply
connect those lines. Sure you'd lose some trafic profit, but from a
shareholder point of view...much worth it !

Could I be less on topic ?

Mat, in hopes of getting cut by the moderator.

PS Does anyone know if the upcoming WIN BREW handsets will authorize socket
connections, as they should according to the BREW specs ?
If yes, that's a strong case in point for the BREW certification program:
the reason KDDI limited to 8 http req per minutes (really really annoying
for an online game) on WIN -flat fee, high speed - handsets was maybe to
protect itself from lone independent coders. With BREW it can be sure that
every app will be checked...and thus really opens up the network gates.
