Usually you need to press the "capture" button for the mobile to start
looking for a barcode to scan.
I will be adding AU support to my QR code generation tool at
http://pukupi.com/tools/codeatron/ but as AU closely follows Vodafone's
format, Vodafone QR code should work with AU mobiles if you can't wait
for the update.
Wouldn't it be nice if there was one standard for embedding mobile data
in QR code?!
