there Paul, I changed the subject line.

the response was for the question, how to get the "SAY ringtone, wallpaper"
from the server.

You can do it if you are a puller and not a pusher, but I guess I have to
leave that to you guys.....  you are much betterer at it than me.. hee hee..

    Its been done, for years and years, and is regularly done today, over
and over again in different forms, by different companies for different
carriers.
