(keitai-l) Phone based web form file uploads question

I'm wondering if there are any phones that handle file uploads with:

<form enctype="multipart/form-data" action="upload_photo_action.php" 
method="post">
<input type='text' name="Filename" />

My SharpV301SH Vodafone just ignores the input tag.
