(keitai-l) Suggested Phones for Testing

In a couple of weeks I'm going to be going into a testing lab to check
compatability of my new XHTML site on various phones. Does anybody have
suggestions for the set of "must-try" phones that I should be checking
the site on?

As well, is there kicking around somewhere a taxonomy of phones from the
point of view of browser similarity? Looking at
