Does anyone know if Vodafone plans to support (or does support) the VSDK "Vappli"  programming API on Vodafone networks outside Japan?
I understand that iAppli seems to be supported on networks that have adopted iMode, so I am interested to understand if Vodafone will offer an OS independant programming API outside Japan.
