(keitai-l) internet connection via PC?

Is it possible to use an i-mode (F900it) phone outside Japan as a 'i-mode
web browser' by connecting it to the internet via PC using Bluetooth or USB
cable? This doesn't seem to be a standard feature, although there are ways
of doing it on some Sonyericsson phones by using utilities provided for java
development.
