Not likely that the would ever do so, I'd think. That's a lot of work
for very little gain. Although I'm not familiar with the kind of
"referer spam" that you're talking about, so I can't really say what the
economics of it are.
However, to bring this on-topic: how does one do something like this for
keitai?
