I don't know if you meant it this way or not, but this would give the
strong impression to a Japanese user that you simply don't know how bad
off you are.
Basically, from the point of view of a Japanese user, you poor blokes
effectively have no web, leaving you stuck with SMS for services
that would be much easier to use over the web, and the sole minor
compensation is that you at least are not also missing the same ability
to charge for services that we do over here with our web-based services.
