It seems based on the RZ-J91 and C401SA, best-selling models for DDIPocket
and AU, and coming to J-Phone next week with a camera in the back.
The US specs mention "One Touch Web Access", what's the browser?

Sharp's "Cyclops" was unveiled in November as the J-SH04. A brief comment
and sample pict at http://www.japon.net/imode/imodenews.shtml#02/07
Current street price is around Y5.000 and an updated model is coming soon.
Again, with J-Phone.

Interesting that these two models are produced by manufacturers NOT closely
allied with DoCoMo.
