Well, at least one. :-) imode.blink.com/imode.blink.co.jp are hosted
in New York. (Along with the WAP, palmtop and "regular" versions of
the website.)

I'm not sure what you mean by this. There are a reasonable number of
English i-mode sites on the English i-menu; presumably at least some,
if not most, of them are hosted in Japan.
