In Japan, yes, but KDDI don't sell in Hong Kong.
If you want to buy one in Hong Kong, Hutchison will tell you that only one
model is available.

In any event, it is very unlikely you would see those phones in Hong Kong,
neither around someone's neck as they are rather bulky for that, nor in a
shop as they are not promoted by Hutchison, who tell their CDMA customers
to go for a PDC rental phone available from Hutchison when travelling to
Japan.

The only chance you'd have to see one is probably with a group of Japanese
business people, but even then the chance is they will have a GSM phone and
divert their Japanese keitai to it. I know quite a lot of Japanese business
people who frequently travel to places where both GSM and CDMA is available
and they could use Global Passport, but none of them does. They all prefer
GSM. So far Global Passport is rather unpopular.
