current wireless music fees appear to be

Is that a 'one listen' type of fee? Or could I save it on my keitai and
listen to it over and over. Could I feasibly transfer that song over to my
PC?
At any rate, it's going to have to come down to 2-3 yen/song for me to go
anywhere near it.
