I've had a quick look through the archives, and I cant really find any relevant answers to this question. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good starting book for J2ME?. I have experience with J2SE, but I havent really looked at any java in about 3 years. I'm basicially looking for something that can refresh me on the basics, and introduce me to the J2ME API.
