Lets see, just by using the list archive I found this numbers:

41,500 unofficial i-mode sites as of 03/06/2001:

50,000 unofficial i-mode sites as of 03/20/2001:
http://www.appelsiini.net/keitai-l/archives/2001-03/0362.html

40,000 unofficial i-mode sites as of 05/14/2001:
http://www.appelsiini.net/keitai-l/archives/2001-05/0108.html

45,000 unofficial i-mode sites as of 05/21/2001:
http://www.appelsiini.net/keitai-l/archives/2001-05/0206.html

45,000 unofficial i-mode sites as of 09/06/2001:
http://www.appelsiini.net/keitai-l/archives/2001-09/0080.html

So is the trend decreasing compared to newly subscribed
i-mode users?

:)
